Sales Executive

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) rental services. The role involves prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction from enquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Eastern Province.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to maximise repeat business.
  • Promote the company’s range of MEWP rental services to contractors, facilities management companies, and other target industries.
  • Prepare and deliver professional quotations and proposals in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions in line with company policies.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects to close sales.
  • Collaborate with the operations, workshop, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role (equipment rental, MEWP, or plant hire industry preferred).
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Good understanding of the equipment rental market in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Saudi Residency Permit (Iqama) with transferable sponsorship is advantageous.
