About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our regional marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, analytics, SEO, and UI/UX, with proven success in driving measurable growth across multiple digital channels. You will be executing 360° digital strategies for a UK-based group operating across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
1. PPC & Paid Media Management
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop full-funnel paid marketing strategies to increase conversions and ROI.
- Monitor daily budgets, bid adjustments, and keyword performance.
- Ensure continuous A/B testing, ad copy optimization, and conversion tracking accuracy.
2. SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct technical, on-page, and off-page SEO with measurable ranking improvements.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to improve site visibility, CTR, and domain authority.
- Track organic KPIs and report growth performance monthly.
- Use analytics insights to guide new content and keyword strategies.
3. Analytics, Reporting & Data Visualisation
- Maintain Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking integrations.
- Develop Power BI or Google Data Studio dashboards to monitor performance metrics across all platforms.
- Present weekly and monthly performance summaries to the management team with actionable insights.
4. Website Management & UI/UX
- Coordinate with developers and designers to maintain, test, and optimize website UI/UX for higher engagement and conversion.
- Ensure landing pages are optimised for speed, responsiveness, and lead generation.
- Oversee form tracking, heatmaps, and behavioral analysis using digital tools.
5. Customer Data Platforms (CDP) & Automation
- Manage and execute campaigns through customer data platforms (e.g., MoEngage or similar).
- Develop automated marketing workflows, retargeting campaigns, and behavioral triggers.
- Segment and personalise user journeys based on engagement data.
6. Marketing Strategy & Coordination
- Support the implementation of 360° digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (search, display, social, email, and remarketing).
- Work closely with the UK-based marketing leadership team to align campaigns, share insights, and replicate best practices.
- Understand B2B customer acquisition funnels and long-term lead nurturing strategies.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within construction, rentals, or heavy equipment industries.
- Proven expertise in:
- Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager
- SEO (technical & content-based)
- Power BI or Google Data Studio reporting
- UI/UX coordination and CRO principles
- CDP platforms (MoEngage or similar)
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation funnels and industrial marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Flexibility to work and collaborate with UK-based teams across different time zones.
