About the Role
Based in our Dubai office the role will involve contacting both customers and prospects regarding the use of manlifts, in respect of hire, sales and training.
Working with the ARG wider teams across the GCC, this is a hands-on role where the successful individual will be required to attract and develop business.
This individual will need highly developed interpersonal skills to work not only dealing with external parties but also working with the various areas of business to deliver a result. This position will require self-motivation, whilst also having the opportunity to work with marketing in order that the businesses sales and marketing activities are coordinated.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The broad areas of the role are:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Eastern Province.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to maximise repeat business.
- Promote the company’s range of MEWP rental services to contractors, facilities management companies, and other target industries.
- Target small/non-spending accounts together with new business in conjunction with Marketing
- Prepare and issue professional quotations using the company's systems.
- Handling communications various channels including 'Live Chats', social media & WhatsApp
- Working closely with the external Field Sales Team
- Collaborate with the operations, workshop, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
