Access Rental Gulf is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our range of powered access equipment solutions including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other access platforms.
Candidates with experience in the construction, industrial, infrastructure, oil & gas, or equipment rental sectors will have a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Qatar
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients
- Promote and sell powered access rental solutions to meet customer requirements
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project needs
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on proposals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of equipment
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, equipment rental, heavy machinery, or industrial solutions
- Experience in the powered access industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
- Good knowledge of the Qatar construction and industrial market is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
