Sales Executive

Access Rental Gulf is a leading provider of powered access equipment and working-at-height solutions across the GCC. We support construction, industrial, infrastructure, facilities management, and maintenance projects with a modern fleet of scissor lifts, boom lifts, and specialist access equipment. As part of our continued growth in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh.

The Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and driving rental revenue growth across Riyadh and surrounding regions.

The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, developers, industrial clients, and project stakeholders to promote Access Rental Gulf's powered access solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Riyadh and the Central Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, industrial clients, and consultants.
  • Promote and sell powered access rental solutions, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and specialist access equipment.
  • Conduct customer visits and site surveys to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth equipment delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports within the CRM system.
  • Represent the company professionally and contribute to the continued growth of the Access Rental Gulf brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in construction, equipment rental, heavy machinery, industrial services, or related sectors.
  • Experience in the powered access industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid Saudi Arabian Driving License is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of the Riyadh construction and industrial market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential.
